This Ticket Protection Plan (this “Plan”) is an optional warranty for purchase provided by WINIT, LLC (together with our affiliates, “Winit”, “us”, “our” or “we”) to you. Capitalized but undefined terms hereunder shall have the meaning provided in our Terms of Use which is incorporated hereunder by reference.

Winit understands that signing up for our Platform is the easy part, but that for many people, taking the next step of hiring an attorney can be daunting. What is Refunded? If, per the terms of this Protection Plan, you’re entitled to a refund, you will receive a full refund of:
Please note that any or other administrative costs, expenses and fees related to the contesting of your traffic ticket (i.e. court, filing, parking fees, etc.) are government-regulated and not eligible for refund under the Plan.
One-Time Charge. By clicking “I Accept” on the link below, you authorize Winit to automatically charge a one-time fee (the “Protection Fee”) to your Account. The Protection Fee covers one traffic ticket, namely the traffic ticket corresponding to this offer. You may elect to purchase the Protection Plan for other traffic tickets you have uploaded to our Platform, but each time, you will be required to agree to these terms under a new Protection Plan and you will be charged a separate Protection Fee for that other ticket.
What Next? You’ve registered your traffic ticket on our Platform, you’ve decided to purchase the Protection Plan, your Account has been charged and you’ve engaged an attorney through the Platform. Hopefully, your attorney is able to get your traffic ticket resolved.
…but we all know that unfortunately, not every traffic ticket is resolved the way you want, even with an attorney. That’s where the Plan comes in.

You will receive a full refund if:
You are found guilty of the original charge, i.e. you did not receive any benefit from your lawyer’s representation, your traffic ticket is found committed and you did not receive any fine reduction. Please note this Protection Plan is void where prohibited (see Protected Tickets above).
You will not receive a refund if:
Right to Cancellation
You may cancel the Protection Plan at your sole discretion, within twenty-four (24) hours of accepting this plan (pursuant to the time stamp on the automatic email receipt which will be generated once your Account has been charged), by clicking on the “Cancel this Plan” link embedded therein. By cancelling this Protection Plan, you will receive a full refund of the Protection Fee, but you must also notify your attorney in writing within such twenty-four (24) hour period in order to be eligible for any fee refunds associated therewith.
We may cancel this Protection Plan (and your enrollment within it) and all of our refund obligations to you, upon a full refund of the Protection Fee to your Account and email notification thereof, in the event of extreme court ruling circumstances, which include any period of sixty (60) days or more, where traffic courts in the jurisdiction of your underlying traffic ticket ruled against the driver in an average of over 70%.
